COMFY CHALET: outdoor amenities & WIFI-All seasons

This chalet is a perfect getaway for simple relaxation for families and friends alike. Summer brings great lakes, pools, hiking, outdoor adventure; Fall brings beautiful foilage and hiking trails as well as fun outdoor festivals; Winter brings convenient skiing at the local Pocono ski areas; Spring brings revitalization. Regardless of what attracts you to The Comfy Chalet, kick off your shoes, shrug off your worries and enjoy the fine relaxation that nature offers. "My house is your house". The space The space at the Comfy Chalet is comfortable, charming, and relaxing. The intention is for this space to be an atmosphere of conviviality & for friends and family to unite and enjoy each other's company. Guest access The Comfy Chalet is in a gated community with 4 steps to enter the home. The association may charge a $10 pp fee for use of amenities. This is a new policy and I am not sure how strictly it is enforced. The driveway is a long, narrow, gravel driveway that can accommodate 3 cars. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around and explore nature. Boulder lake is 1/2 mile from the house, a gorgeous 10 minute walk. WIFI IS AVAILABLE Other things to note -this is NOT a party house, look elsewhere if this is your intention -Please abide by rules and regulations. You are responsible for any violation/infractions obtained by you and your guests. There are cameras throughout the community. -indoor fireplace available, bring your own wood -outdoor fire pit available if no fire ban in the township, use outdoor wood or bring your own wood -propane grill available from memorial day to labor day -window AC unit available from memorial day to labor day -PLEASE NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, use the outdoor industrial ash tray, not the wooden bear -please respect the property and neighbors as well as neighborhood -if you are considering bringing a pet, please discuss this with me first to be sure we are a good fit. Not all pets are appropriate for the Comfy Chalet. If agreed upon, please list the pet in the area of request
