Everyone is welcome to our beach retreat and we hope that you will love it too! The space The studio has all you need to spend some time in beautiful Miami. Centrally located 4 blocks from the famous Calle Ocho and the best of Coral Gables! Just 5 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 from South Beach and Coconut Grove. There is a private entrance separate from the main house. Enjoy a comfy king-size bed, bath, and fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart TV for you to enjoy your own favorite subscriptions. We have no cable. Waking closet. Desk/office. Washer and dryer right in the building. One designated free specious parking spot. Keyless doors! Self-check-in! Guest access The laundry is complimentary, it is right outside the studio. Just bring your favorite detergent. Parking is at the extreme right end of the property, on the grass, in front of the BLUE large planter. There is no access to the main house pool. Guests have access to a shared patio with another studio, as shown in the pictures. Other things to note This is a spacious house. We rent the main house, which is situated in the center. On each side of the house, there are two studios, each with its own private entrance. There are no shared spaces. All the images you see in the studio listing are exclusive to the respective studio. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $200 applies for post-surgery stays, along with a cleaning fee for stays of 14 days or longer.
