Guest access 🚪 Guest Access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and garden, including the private hot tub, games room, cinema area, BBQ, and outdoor seating. The property is fully enclosed by a beech hedge for privacy, and the driveway provides parking for up to 6 cars. Access is via a step or ramp, making it suitable for all mobility levels. Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests. All other areas and amenities are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Other things to note 📝 Other Things to Note A £500 security deposit is required before arrival. This is a temporary hold, not a charge, and is automatically released after your stay if no damage or excessive cleaning is required. CCTV is in operation externally around the property for guest safety and security. Cameras cover entrances, the driveway, and garden perimeter only — no internal areas are monitored. The garage is not accessible to guests. The hot tub is cleaned and refreshed before every stay and may take time to heat fully on the first evening. Please shower before using the hot tub and avoid adding soaps or oils. Quiet hours: 10 pm – 8 am to respect neighbours and the peaceful surroundings. No parties or events unless agreed in advance. The property is fully enclosed, but please supervise children in the garden and hot tub areas. High chair and cot available on request. Pets welcome by prior arrangement.
