Guest access 🚪 Guest Access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and enclosed garden, including the private hot tub, cinema & games room, BBQ and outdoor seating. The private driveway provides parking for up to 6 cars, and the main entrance can be accessed via either a step or ramp. Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests. All other guest areas and amenities are yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Other things to note Other Things to Note A £500 security deposit is required before arrival. This is a temporary hold rather than a charge and is released after your stay, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. Hot Tub The hot tub is cleaned and refreshed before every stay. As fresh water needs time to reach temperature, it may still be heating when you arrive on your first evening. Please shower before use and don't add soaps, oils or other products to the water. CCTV External CCTV operates around the property for security. Cameras monitor external areas only; there are no cameras inside the property. A Peaceful Stay Quiet hours are 10pm–8am. Parties and events aren't permitted unless agreed in advance. Families & Pets A high chair and cot are available on request. The garden is enclosed, but children should be supervised, particularly around the hot tub. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
