The Beach Bungalow is a beautiful, light-filled detached house with a large, private back yard. Situated just south of Rose Avenue, you’ll have the best of Venice within a short walk. The beach and Venice’s famous boardwalk is just eight blocks away (around 15 minutes on foot) and the fabulous boutiques, bars and restaurants that line Abbot Kinney Boulevard are just five blocks west. Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older. This one bedroom, one bathroom is offered in a cute bungalow and is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and business professionals. You’ll arrive through a private entrance via a keypad lock and into a cozy living room with a smart TV, Apple TV unit and Sonos speaker. The lounge opens up to a dining area that features a marble-topped table and four chairs. Further back is a fully-equipped kitchen with filtered water, Nespresso coffee maker and an airfryer. The laundry area has a washer/dryer and a drying rack. The quiet bedroom has a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress covered in fresh linens. A desk sits in front of one of the two windows and overlooks the private backyard. A large walk-in closet with two rails can be used to store your clothes and luggage. The room-darkening shades are powered by remote control. The beautiful bathroom features a marble-topped vanity, toilet and shower over the bathtub. Fluffy towels and bathrobes will be waiting for you. A salon-standard hair dryer, GHD flat irons are provided alongside body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The south-facing backyard is a stunning space that attracts sun almost all day. Enjoy morning coffee at the bistro table on the patio, sunset drinks on the lounge chairs under the Acer tree, or catch some sun on the two chaise loungers. From dusk until 10pm the string lights illuminate the backyard. The Beach Bungalow has high-speed WiFi up to 400 Mbps and a newly installed AC. The second bedroom, hall closets and detached garage are locked and not available for guests to use. On Friday afternoons the property's friendly gardener will attend to the front and back yards for around an hour. The Beach Bungalow is on a quiet residential street in Venice. Within a 10 minute walk you’ll find three grocery stores, multiple top-notch cafes and restaurants, three coffee spots, Barry’s Bootcamp, Love yoga studio, Penmar golf course, tennis courts, two taco stands, two cannabis dispensaries, an ATM, two pharmacies, dry cleaning service and the gorgeous and uber-popular Zinqué bodega, bar and restaurant.
