The space Our home blends classic charm with modern comfort, featuring timber floors and soaring high ceilings that make the space feel bright and open. Set in one of Victoria’s most iconic regional towns, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore all that Bendigo has to offer. We’re in a prime spot—just a 10-minute walk to Bendigo Marketplace and about 20 minutes on foot (or a quick 4-minute drive) to the city centre, where you’ll find the Bendigo Art Gallery, shops, cafes and more. Planning to catch the Frida Kahlo exhibition? You couldn’t be better located. Prefer to drive? No problem—there’s private parking on-site, and you’ll be in the heart of town in just minutes. We’re also only a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Bendigo train station. Bedroom 01 The main bedroom features a queen bed, built-in robes, a 42” Smart TV, split system heating/cooling, and a private ensuite—perfect for relaxing in comfort. Bedroom 02 This room includes a double bed, clothes hanger, 42” Smart TV, and both a portable heater and fan to keep you comfy year-round. Bedroom 03 Furnished with a queen bed, clothes hanger, and a fun record display, this room offers a relaxed vibe for winding down. Bedroom 04 Designed with families or larger groups in mind, this spacious room includes a queen bed plus a king single bunk—bigger than your standard single and suitable for adults too. Kitchen Full kitchen with quality cookware, microwave, dishwasher, oven, knives, oil/salt/pepper, and basic pantry items. For your peace of mind, the house is professionally cleaned after each stay to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. Guest access Getting here: By train: The property is a short 10-minute walk from Bendigo Train Station. It’s an easy, mostly flat walk. By car: Guests enjoy access to a large private car park on-site. The entrance is clearly signposted and the area is well illuminated at night for safe and easy arrival, even after dark. Self check-in is available via smart lock. You’ll receive your unique code and step-by-step instructions on the day of arrival. ———————————————————————— Pay for what you will use; About our Pricing Structure. ———————————————————————— While you have access to the entire house, please read about our pricing structure below regarding the number of beds per guest. If you require any further clarity please reach out and enquire as the last thing we want is for unexpected fees to ruin a wonderful holiday. In an effort to allow guests to travel on varied budgets we charge a base rate that assumes two people per bedroom. This approach allows us to offer more affordable accommodation to solo travelers or couples who only require one bedroom but still desire the experience of renting an entire house. We are more than happy to facilitate bookings that desire a bed per guest but please note this will incur an extra once off $30 fee per additional bed to cover the additional costs of cleaning, linen, utilities, supplies etc. Our pricing structure ensures that guests only pay for the amenities they require and desire. To clarify with some examples below; 2 guests booked - assumes 1 bedroom will be used. If a bed each is required it will be an extra $30. 4 guests booked - assumes 2 bedrooms will be used. If a bed each is required it will be an extra $60. Please choose the correct number of guests when checking availability/pricing and please let us know if you require individual beds. If our cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, the extra fee will be charged. Other things to note Indoor Fireplace - Please note the indoor fire place in the living room is not operational and must not be used. Please feel free to use the outdoor firepit. No Parties - We also have a strict no party policy which is in-line with AirBnB's policy. Pets - As proud pet parents, we love to be able to host your pets! 🐶 but please remember they are not allowed on the beds or couches. We have had difficulties removing the fur from the linen. Please bring your pet's bed with you! Also - if your pet uses the garden facilities, please ensure you pick up after them. Parking - We have a long driveway that can hold multiple cars off-street and at least 2 of them undercover.
