And please do not toss trash to our neighbors property ANYTIME. 11.CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M. Late check out without permission will result in a $50 per hour penalty paid to the cleaning crew. 8.DISCLAIMER. This is a shared home, not a hotel.
