We are 4 hours south of Cancun airport, the last 2 hours of which have almost no cell signal or streetlights. You are always welcome to arrive early and relax on the dock until your villa is ready (we have a separate bathroom and changing area). On your departure day, you are welcome to enjoy the dock and laguna after checking out. Late checkout may be available. We love animals. We have six friendly dogs who like new people, especially kids. Airbnb system defaults make it look like they live in the Casita, but they do not! They live in our house, where they spend most of their time- They also like well-socialized dog visitors . If you would like to bring yours, do! But please let us know in advance. WE ACCEPT 3 DOGS PER RENTAL NORMALLY - if you need to bring one more please ask. ALSO IF YOU DO BRING A DOG PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DOG and the DOG's SAFETY. We ask if you go out - the dog is left inside the unit and you are responsible for any damage. We don't expect any but you just never know...
