Relax in two luxurious king suites (one upstairs, one on the ground level), a comfortable queen room, and a large kid's room with a twin bed and bunk beds. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with quality linens, clean towels, and complimentary toiletries. Experience the ultimate comfort with Casper memory foam mattresses on the larger beds. LOUNGING ROOM Off the kitchen is a lounging room complete with a tv, work desk, loveseat and lounging chair along with several games for family game nights and more. The barn door closes this room off and it can be used to sleep an extra person on the air mattress included among the amenities. POOL & PATIO Dive into relaxation in our sparkling pool! Our spacious 8-foot deep pool is perfect for cooling off on those hot Texas Summer days (or warming up on cold Texas Winter days!). Heating is available for year-round enjoyment; minimum charge $100, then $50/day for the duration of the stay. The additional fee is sent separately to the guest through the AirBnB resolution center. Lounge on the patio with comfortable seating, including an outdoor sofa, armchairs, and sun loungers. Enjoy the evenings under the stars or on the covered patio with hanging lights. The large yard provides plenty of space for games and outdoor activities.
