Guest access -ENGLISH- Kuxa'an is a non-contact & self-check-in apartment. We will contact you from 24 - 12 hours prior to your check-in to let you know your access code. You will use that code to unlock and lock the apartment's main entrance all throughout your stay. Please make sure you don't share your access code with anyone else but the people in your reservation. -SPANISH- Kuxa'an is an apartment with self-check in that does not require contact with anyone upon your arrival. From 24 to 12 hours before your check-in, we will send you the reservation code for you to type in the smart lock at the entrance to the apartment. With this key you can open and close your full stay with this key. Please do not share this key with individuals who are not included in your reservation. Other things to note -ENGLISH- The apartment can host a maximum of 8 adults/teenagers (over 6 years old), 2 small children (under 6 years old) can be added to the reservation with additional cost. Please let us know if you will be traveling with children. No additional adults are allowed. Please limit your stay to the only people you registered during the booking. There are 3 outside cameras for your security. One pointing to the entrance, one viewing the common areas, and one to the parking lot. -SPANISH- The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 8 adults or teenagers (anyone over 6 years of age) to sleep comfortably. Two small children (under 6 years old) can be added to the reservation at an additional cost. Please let us know if you will be traveling with children. More people than those registered in your reservation are not allowed and must not under any circumstances spend the night in the apartment. There are three external cameras for your safety. One pointing to the parking lot entrance, another to the entrance and one to the common areas.
