The space The magic begins the moment you arrive, greeted by two curious alpacas and a few very friendly donkeys! The Lodge has been carefully and tastily restored into a rustic retreat ideal for 2-3 guests. There are wonderful textures throughout, from Foxford throws & cushions to old style slate floors. Warm concrete walls and exposed copper pipes add further texture while white fluffy towels and bathrobes add a luxurious touch. The kitchen's dark wood-stained cabinets provide a beautiful contrast against the off-white walls, paired with a simple shelf and vintage serving plates. The light-filled living area has the most beautiful views over White Strand Bay and sunsets to die for. A solid-fuel stove is ready to be lit in colder weather or to warm yourself up after an outdoor seaweed bath_ (or after you've braced yourself under the plunge bucket!) The bedroom is simple in design and very cosy and suitable for light luggage, with a comfortable queen size iron bed, layers of blankets in muted colours and heavy curtains that allow for a well-deserved lie-in. The house is designed for two people but can cater for 3 with a lovely sofa bed in the living room converting to a double bed. Everything has been considered. Outside is a boot room with wellies to explore on the damp days, a hen den to collect free range eggs and a pizza oven to enjoy your own homemade pizza on a beautiful evening.
