Welcome to your home away from home, the Mountain Porch! Our spacious, family home is located in a quiet neighborhood located in Woodland Park, with unobstructed mountain views for miles. It is the perfect home base for mountain adventures or for some much deserved R&R with your family, friends and furry companion. As soon as you arrive, your worries melt away and vacation truly begins. The space On the main level of the home you will find the fully stocked kitchen with an eat in dining room, a living room with a fire place, two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, and one full bathroom. Access to the back porch and backyard is on the main level. Find our game room inside of the garage with a ping pong table through the kitchen; pop open the garage door for that inside/outside vibe. The pantry in the kitchen is full of board and yard games for your enjoyment. The basement has a living room with a working space and a day bed with trundle, a workout space equipped with yoga mats and free weights, a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and bunk bed, and a full bathroom. Grab a book from our little collection and cozy up in front of the gas fire stove. The garden level windows in the basement make the space feel bright and welcoming. Enjoy the unobstructed views from our back porch with friends and family. Grill dinner on the new pellet barbeque. Toss around a football, play yard darts or bocce ball in our large and fully fenced backyard. Located directly behind the home is Red Mountain Adventure Park featuring a bike track and skate park with a hidden gate for direct access from our backyard. Shining Mountain Golf Course is a 5 minute drive. Ski Resorts like Breckenridge are a quick, scenic 1.5 hour drive away. Colorado Springs Airport is a beautiful 30 minute drive.
