Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom retreat was designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories together. Enjoy movie nights and conversations in the two cozy living areas, cook and share meals in the fully stocked kitchen and dining space, or unwind by the pool after a day exploring the city. With plenty of room to spread out and a central location close to Tulsa’s favorite attractions, it’s the perfect place for families, friends, and group getaways. Close to many attractions: • 2 mins walk to La Fortune Park Golf • Less than 10 mins away - Woodland Hills Mall, AMC theatre and grocery stores • 11 mins to Expo Raceway • 11 mins to The Gathering Place (boating, kids playground, great eateries) • 12 mins to the Expo Close to Hospitals: St. Francis Hospital - 1.5 miles Children's Hospital at St. Francis - 1.4 miles St John Medical Center - 6.1 miles away Oklahoma State University Medical Center - 11 miles Short and long term stays are welcome, book now! - About the Pool: The pool is open year-round! During cooler months (Sep–May), the pool can be heated to approximately 82°–85°F. Please let us know 48–72 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated, as it takes time to warm up. For safety and efficiency, we do not heat the pool when outdoor temperatures are below 60°F. Since pool heating is included at no additional cost, nightly rates remain the same if the pool becomes temporarily unavailable due to weather or equipment issues. Pool Safety: • Swim at your own risk • No lifeguard on duty • Children must be supervised at all times near the pool • Pool depth ranges from 3.5ft to 8ft - During the colder months, we swap out the lighter blankets for warm, cozy comforters to keep our guests comfortable. These may look a little different from the ones shown in the listing photos. - • Check-out is at 10:00 AM. • Late check-out may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed due to same-day turnovers. If approved, the fee is $25 per hour, with a maximum check-out time of 12:00 PM. • No pets, please. Unauthorized pets will result in a $600 fine plus any damage costs. • No smoking inside the home. Failure to follow this house rule will result in a $300 fee. Guest access All parts of the home are accessible with the exception of the closet under the stairs. Other things to note Pool towels + High Chair: Located in laundry room cabinet Pack & Play + Baby Gate: Located in upstairs hall closet Sheets for air mattresses must be requested prior to check-in. Per Tulsa regulations, the total number of overnight guests may not exceed eight. We have EXTERIOR security cameras in place, as well as an alarm system. The cameras monitor the driveway, backyard, and the entryways. There are no indoor cameras.
