Come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in this private 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house located on our 3 acre ranch just outside of downtown Solvang! Take in the sights of the rolling hills and the nearby goats, lamas and horses! With a location that is absolutely ideal for any fun you plan on having in the area. We are literally less than 5 minutes away from the local shops, world renowned bakeries, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, grocery stores and natural market place! The space The house is 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is 1 king bed and 2 twin XL beds. There is a large private patio and yard. We ask that there are no more than 4 guests. The main house is about 50 feet away up hill. The guest house has its own private road and entrance. There is plenty of room for parking 2 vehicles. Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the designated fenced in areas and enjoy the views of this beautiful canyon. We ask that guests do not climb or go over any fences on the property. We strive to maintain privacy for our guests as well as for ourselves. Guests will also have their own private access road to and from the guest house. Other things to note There are goats and horses on the nearby properties. We hope you enjoy their company, however we ask that you do not feed the animals. *We have a no pet policy including service animals due to other animals on the property.
