Other things to note Please contact me to remove processing fee if you use manual/offline payment methods. HOUSE RULES - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - No parties or events are permitted. - No smoking inside the property. - A copy of a government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) and a signed rental agreement are required within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation. A link to the rental agreement will be sent through Airbnb for electronic signature. The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID, signed agreement, and payment method. - To protect our property and ensure a safe stay for all guests, we partner with a third-party verification service (Truvi) for guest screening and ID verification. - No third-party bookings — the person booking must be the person staying. - For stays longer than 3 weeks, an additional cleaning is required, and an extra cleaning fee will apply. - A $600 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card 5 days prior to check-in and released 5 days after check-out, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages or violations occurred.
