No Smoking of Any Kind Inside: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests. 2. No more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund. 4. Put things back where you found them. 5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.
