Welcome to The Modern Indio, your desert getaway centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood only 30 minutes east of Palm Springs. This spacious home has been recently updated and thoughtfully designed as the perfect rental property. Everything has been equipped to bring an easy vacation experience for large groups of friends and families. There is ample space to accommodate up to 18 guests with a large yard and converted game room/garage. The space The Modern Indio provides a wonderful retreat for large groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing space in Coachella Valley. The two-story home provides 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowing for up to 18 guests. Each bedroom with the exception of the bunk room features a 50-55" smart tv connected to all popular streaming services (no cable provided). The upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bath with a large walk-in closet, designated office space, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool and nearby mountains. There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom; 2 rooms offering a queen bed and the last bedroom offering 2 queen beds. The remaining 2 bedrooms are downstairs and share a hallway bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and access to the backyard via a sliding glass door and the other a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessities needed for prepare a full family meal. The garage has been converted to a spacious game room with an 8 feet billiard table, foos-ball table, a mounted connect four, and a 75" smart tv. There are plenty of space to spread out whether in the game room, living room, or dining room. The backyard has a large pergola with 4 ceiling fans to provide shelter from the desert sun. The yard has 2 sofas, a propane bon fire pit, 8-person table for al-fresco dining, a couple of lounge chaises, and lastly a professional size table tennis. The pool and spa can be heated (additional cost) and controlled through an app on any android/apple phone. --- INTERIOR DETAILS --- This home accommodates up to 18 guests with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances. We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself.
