Resort Porto Real, Apartment with 2 suites, Angra dos Reis

IDEAL LOCATION FOR THOSE WHO WANT A BEACH WITHOUT CROWDS. Located on the border of Angra dos Reis with Mangaratiba, in the prime area for access to the islands of Angra and Ilha Grande. The apartment has 2 en-suites with closets, a living room, an open kitchen, a balcony with a sea view, internet, cable TV, and air-conditioning in the rooms. The Resort has an exclusive beach; marina; 3 tennis courts, a court where you can play volleyball, indoor soccer and basketball; children's, adult's and oceanic pools; dry and steam saunas; SPA; ETC. The space The Resort also has: a cinema, multi-sport court, squash court, 3 tennis courts, game room (pool tables, foosball and ping pong, with Wi-Fi in the club), soccer field, fitness center, playroom, restaurant, skate park, structure with barbecues, tables and chairs on the beach, as well as free internal transportation (Van). From the apartment's balcony, you can see the sea, Ilha Grande and the Marina. The place is a paradise for those who want to relax, have fun and play sports. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, pots and basic utensils. Air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Wi-Fi in the apartment and TV with NET Angra. I don't normally provide bed and bath linens, but I can provide them, with the payment for washing being made separately. Guest access Guests have the same rights as the owner to access all condominium premises and practice the sport they wish, without restrictions, as long as the rules of each leisure location are followed. For check-in and check-out, we created a group in the messaging app, with the person responsible for delivering the key and the garage gate control. To monitor the arrival, the guest gives an arrival forecast and when there are approximately 50 minutes left, notifies in the application that the person responsible for delivering the keys will be in the apartment waiting. Check-in can be done from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., outside these hours, you have to arrange it beforehand and may incur additional costs. Other things to note The apartment has pillows, but guests must bring pillowcases, sheets and towels. We accept a minimum of 2 nights and for extended holidays, we will have different prices, so we have to be contacted. The holiday package has to cover every day with different prices on the calendar, regardless of the days you wish to stay. E.g. Carnival, New Year's packages, etc. For each reservation, there is a cleaning fee of R$ 180.00.
