Creekside Getaway

This Creekside Getaway is a spacious 1 bedroom 2 bath retreat located alongside a slow flowing creek with the sounds of a waterfall nearby. This secluded elevated property is unique not only by its location but with a 2 person hammock built into the wrap around porch. There is also a spacious 2 person soaking tub nestled up to a large window with a view of the creek. The space This home is also available as a 3 bedroom. You will see 2 rooms locked. You will not have access to those rooms, but you will be the only guest in the entire home during your stay. You can upgrade to the 3 bedroom listing option called the Hammock Hangout on Airbnb. This is an elevated property with steps leading up to the house and down to the creek. Please note: during the winter months the steps can get slippery. They are maintained after each winter storm. Once in the house there are steps going up to the primary suite with a king size bed. The primary suite: Has a 2 person soaking tub, for relaxing and bathing, please note there is no shower in that bathroom only a detachable shower headed to be used in the tub. The hammock deck: There is a two person hammock suspended in the middle of the deck which is a unique feature. The double net hammock is perfect for relaxing, reading or napping or just enjoying the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The fire pit comes with free firewood, located on the property. Guest access You will see 3 rooms locked. You will not have access to those rooms, but you will be the only guest in the home during your stay. Other things to note As we are a creekside environment you will need to note a few things. There are bugs, small furry creatures, beavers, deers etc. So bring some bug spray & remember not to leave any food or drinks outside over night. The Getaway is in an area where some cell phone providers may or may not work, but the house does provide wifi. Also there are 2 Roku smart TV's that you can log into with your own streaming accounts. While we are animal lovers ourselves, no pets please.
