We offer a two-story house, 130 m2 in the heart of the Costa Brava. It has a large terrace that completely surrounds the house, a barbecue area and a wooded area. There is a shower area to remove sand when returning from the beach. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room, a separate kitchen with appliances, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with terrace and ocean view and two full bathrooms. Other things to note USE OF AIR CONDITIONING.
