This spacious one bedroom cottage is suitable for 1-2 guests. The Dixie cottage has heated floors throughout, a kitchenette complete with microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, toaster, & dishware, a furnished screened-in patio, living room with Smart TV, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Plush linens, toiletries, coffee, and bathrobes provided. Outdoor courtyard with natural gas firepits and grills, guest laundry, and access to seasonal pool & hot tub included. Our unique property is located on Lake Kalamazoo & is walking distance to Downtown Saugatuck.
