Serene Homestay is a spacious well curated service apartment right at the heart of the city. The space Serene homestay is unique to its name providing you with a much needed serene environment from your hectic normal schedule. The entire stay is equipped with a 120mbps Hi speed Internet keeping in line with the work from home culture. We take the safety of our guest very seriously and therefore we follow a very thorough cleaning procedure after each guest. The Stay has got a well equipped kitchen and is fully furnished with refrigerator , microwave etc. so that you feel right at home with your loved ones. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned Its close to the famous Padmanabaswamy temple, Lulu Mall, Go carting fun plex and to the other tourist attractions by around 5-7km or you could choose to visit the zoo and walk around the open animal enclosures which is about 6 kms away from the stay. The stay comes with an amazing view of the city and one can see the important landmarks right from the balcony. The homestay has a big balcony for those of you who would just like to sit down and enjoy the view while having your favorite drink or catch on the latest music or magazine. We truly believe a vacation is best enjoyed when you open up to the people you travel with and explore new places and culture along with the delicious cuisine each place as to offer; I would be happy to help you have a great time in Trivandrum by suggesting you sights to see and places to try the various dishes from so that you get an authentic experience of ' Gods Own Country'. Other things to note *In case you feel anything is missing and you still would love to stay at Serene homestay just send me an inquiry with your requirement and i will try making it possible so that you get to stay here and enjoy my beautiful city . :).. 1.Bachelors who would love to stay at our homestay please send an inquiry before you book. 2.Early checkin or a late checkout is subject to availability and will be charged at 50rs/per person/per hr or at 250rs/per hour which ever is greater. We are however flexible by 1-2 hours based on availability. 3.Tempo traveller is strictly not allowed to be parked inside the apartment complex and can only be parked on the main road. 4.Very loud sounds and music cant be played very loudly as it can cause disturbances to other tenants, please be considerate :). 5. Cleaning if required while staying at the stay is chargeable at 500rs 6. Furniture except chairs are not to be shifted without taking prior permission. 7. Moving crowd is strictly not permitted and only the guest booked for stay is permitted to enter the apartment at any given time.
