Our mountainside cabin is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a relaxing, restful & comfortable stay (cont’d from above): • Rocking chairs & swing for relaxing on back porch • Charcoal grill (guest to bring charcoal) • Fully stocked kitchen, with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal • Large windows for taking in the views • Open living room & kitchen area Guest access Guest will have full access to the cabin Other things to note NOTE: Upon booking, guest will receive a rental agreement to be signed and returned to host prior to check-in. NO Smoking / NO Pet Policy must be followed. Failure to follow will result in stay being terminated without refund, plus a deep cleaning fee of $500. *As listed in the rental agreement* (NOTE: Service Animals are accepted) The occupancy limit is 6 Guests. Failure to follow the occupancy limit will result in stay being terminate without refunds given. **PLEASE NOTE: The Smoky Mountains are home to native black bear populations, and therefore there is always the possibility of bear activity in the area. **Cabin decor is seasonal and may vary from what is shown in listing pictures.
