Other things to note It is specified that during the winter season there is a wood-burning stove and a fireplace for heating, the water is fed from the external tank (10k LT) by hydraulic pump and then heated by a boiler: equally for washing with the shower. For electricity, there is an expanded photovoltaic system that can also power household appliances (e.g. refrigerator and microwave). You can easily reach Campolaro by car without chains, then walk or snowshoe to LIMEN if you do not have chains, it is snowing and/or the road is icy. Keep in mind that, since the place is in the high mountains, there are few places where a normal cell phone works (better if you have a satellite phone). We are, however, equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi for minimal emergency communications.
