You will find two pub style tables with sturdy leather chairs, a shuffleboard table, and a side bar which are all surrounded by unique artwork bringing character, history, and electricity to the space. If a calming atmosphere is what you're looking for, the tables can be used as the perfect work or study area with plenty of lighting options to keep the creative mind open and flowing. Every home needs a gathering space full of possibility and sparkles which is why the gorgeous sunroom is staged with a beautiful crystal chandelier and round 60 inch pedestal table with 8 chairs. Whether you watch the sunrise over morning coffee or finish the day with a good meal, conversation, or a puzzle you won't be disappointed. There is also a beautiful half bathroom that doubles as a convenient laundry room on the main floor which adds to the comfortable feel. The kitchen finishes the main floor space like a good friend that always has your needs in mind. It is bright, cheery, spacious, and well equipped. It has everything for making a home cooked meal to quickly warming up something in the microwave or air fryer. A coffee bar is set up too so you can easily enjoy a hot or iced brew. The back deck is just steps away and has seating for 6 for an extra entertaining or sitting area. As you move up the bright staircase, you will find the top floor continues to shine practicality, elegance, and charm. All four bedrooms have a lot of natural light and are set up with overhead and optional lamp lighting, layers of plush bedding, and plenty of closet storage space. There are numerous bed options for everyone ranging from twin up to king as well as soft and firm. We also have a pull out twin chair in the master or easy to set up air mattresses for families or large groups. You will find getting ready a treat with your choice of two full bathrooms. Both have been completely updated and feature beautiful fixtures, unique flooring, bright walls, tub to ceiling subway tile, and plenty of useful amenities. You will be able to enjoy the outside front and back porches as well as inside main and second levels. The basement and one of the two master closets are locked and unavailable to our guests.
