Private Cabin w/ Golf Sim and Ultimate Game Room

This massive 3500 sqft cabin on 10 acres of pristine land is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun ski weekend or just a relaxing reset. The home is equipped with 7 beds (1 king, 6 queens), a hot tub and the ultimate game room containing ping-pong, darts, 4 TVs, a golf simulator and a pickleball court. The property is 10 mins to Killington. We are pet-friendly, but if bringing animals please note it on the booking request as there is a fee. We do host small weddings - inquire for rates. The space Lower rates available at DryfterHomes. On the first floor of this house you have two bedrooms, one equipped with a king and another equipped with a queen. Also on this floor you have the living room with a mounted 65" smart TV, comfortable recliner sofa and a dining room table. Additionally, there is a custom WFH space with an 8' conference table and three 27" 4K monitors with HDMI/USB-C adapters. This room is connected to central heating, but can feel slightly colder than the rest of the house. If you plan on using this space, make sure that the doors are open to the living room. A wood stove is located in the living room should you want additional heating and there are 3 floor AC units spread throughout the house which can be reconfigured based on your needs. Please note that we don’t stock firewood so if you want to use this you should bring your own firewood. The kitchen has an induction stove, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher for your use. On the top floor is an additional three bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has two queens, and the other two are equipped with one queen apiece. The back deck by the master does come equipped with a hot tub that guests are welcome to use. The basement also comes equipped with a queen bed. We have converted the red barn on the property into the ultimate game room. This room has a ping pong table, a poker table, a bar, 4 55" Smart TVs, and a golf simulator that tracks your swing. Please note that this room is not connected to central heat, but instead is heated by the electric fireplace and multiple space heaters. If you let these run for about an hour this room will get warm. During warmer months there is a golf hole in the backyard for folks that like to golf and a pickleball court (please note it is smaller than regulation size). As for parking, the main house has 2 garage spots that guests can use - one of which is a little smaller as the previous owners had a freight elevator installed to go down into the basement (this has been blocked off and we ask that guests do not attempt to use it). The barn also has an additional three covered spots as well and a tesla charger for those driving EVs. The driveway can probably hold an additional 8-10 cars. During winter 4WD is recommended, but not required as the house is at the top of a slight hill (our plowing team salts and sands frequently).
