A modern kitchen to meet the needs of the most demanding cook. Relax in the sunroom and spacious living room. You'll share the yard with tenants who live in the apartments on the property. Guest access In our walkable neighborhood, you are 4 blocks from Retro Row, with quaint shops, a global choice of restaurants and our neighborhood's historic Art Theater. You will have one dedicated parking space, behind the property in the alley. Rental bicycles and scooters available nearby. Disneyland is about a half hour drive east; Hollywood and Santa Monica 45-75 minutes in the opposite direction. A public bus on the next block will take you to the sometimes-reliable LA Metro System. But our favorite way to get around is on foot. Other things to note We love our diverse neighborhood and welcome guests of all races, nationalities, gender identities. We STRICTLY forbid smoking of all kinds anywhere on the property. Out of respect for neighbors, we do not allow parties and we ask that guests observe a quiet time from 10pm to 8am.
