Folding glass walls which allow that indoor - outdoor feel to take in the breathtaking views of the beautiful Beaches Oceanside has to offer. The space 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, Large open floor plan to give views from the Master bedroom to hallways, Kitchen, dining, and living room. Private laundry room with washer and dryer. Wagon provided with 2 Beach chairs, boogie boards, and 1 umbrella. Other things to note Extra guests staying the night above the 4max allowed, must be pre-approved by host. Failure to request approval for extra guests will result in a $50 charge per guest, per night. 2 extra fold away twin beds are provided for approved extra guest. Early check-in can be requested and MUST BE APPROVED. Fee for early check-in is $100. We do not guarantee early check-in. Approval is based on our booking calendar and cleaning crew schedule. Late check-out can be requested and MUST BE APPROVED. Fee for late check out is $100. We do not guarantee late check out. Approval is based on booking calendar and cleaning crew schedule. A $50 fee will be applied for every hour you have stayed longer than the 10am check out time if not previously approved. Per association rules max10 visitors allowed inside the unit at once. All visitors should be reported to host prior to stay. Also max 2 dogs under 30 lbs allowed to stay upon approval and subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet.
