Our condo has recently undergone a complete renovation, featuring a stunning brand-new kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz-style countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spacious 5-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a new three-rack dishwasher, a rare upgrade in many Beech Mountain condos. Combined with brand-new flooring throughout and thoughtfully selected modern finishes, the space has been completely transformed into a bright, comfortable retreat designed for couples, families, and outdoor adventurers. Sleeping Arrangements The condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests with two comfortable queen beds. Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and everything needed for a relaxing stay are provided. Guest access Guest Access You’ll enjoy private access to the entire condo during your stay. For your convenience, you’ll receive a unique keyless entry code the day before (or the day of) your arrival. Your personalized code is active only during your reservation, making check-in simple, secure, and contact-free. Community Amenities Guests also have access to the condominium association clubhouse, which includes: * Two coin-operated washers * Two coin-operated dryers To help you get started, we provide complimentary starter laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets. The clubhouse access code will be included with your check-in instructions. Optional Beech Mountain Club Access As members of the Beech Mountain Club, we’re pleased to offer guests the opportunity to purchase temporary club access during their stay. This is completely optional and is not included in your reservation. Temporary Membership Transfer Fee: $300 (paid directly to the Beech Mountain Club) Your temporary membership includes access to: * Seasonal outdoor swimming pool * Fitness center * Unlimited fitness classes * Unlimited tennis * Unlimited pickleball * Access to the 18-hole golf course (greens fees and cart fees apply) * Club dining venues and social activities * Beech Mountain Club Ski Lodge, including VIP parking and restaurant access Please Note: * Membership transfers must be requested at least 3 days before check-in. * Membership transfers are not available from July through September 2026, as our membership has already been reserved for another guest during that time. The club remains fully open; only our transferable membership is unavailable. Seasonal Availability: * Club amenities operate from Mother’s Day weekend through the third weekend of October. * The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. If you’d like to add Beech Mountain Club access to your stay, simply let us know after booking, and we’ll be happy to coordinate the membership transfer if it’s available. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. • Pet fee: $39 per pet for standard stays. • $50 per pet for extended stays. • A payment request will be sent through Airbnb after your reservation is confirmed. • Cats are not permitted. • Please clean up after your pet and do not leave pets unattended unless they are comfortably crated. ❄️ Winter Travel Beech Mountain is the highest town in Eastern America, and winter weather can change quickly. For your safety, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4WD or AWD vehicle during the winter months. If your vehicle is not equipped with 4WD or AWD, please bring snow chains. Weather conditions can vary rapidly, and proper preparation helps ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. 🤫 Quiet Hours Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the condominium community’s quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🚭 Smoking This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the condo. 📹 Security For the safety of our guests and property, an exterior security camera is located at the front entrance/deck area. It monitors only the exterior entrance and does not record or view any interior spaces, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. 🧺 Starter Supplies To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of paper products, toiletries, coffee, coffee filters, spices, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and other essentials.
