Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower. Other things to note -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - pets allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Guests with all adult groups of ages of 18-25 will have a $1000 refundable damage deposit. - You will be sent a contract after booking.
