Registration #: 2024213 Guest access There is a laundry room on-site for larger needs, but there is a generous stacked washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a shared pool for guest use. There is open parking all along the street in the neighborhood and an assigned spot for guests on the North Side of the building. You will have access to the common areas including the large, deep pool and poolside seating and lounge chairs. There are also grassy areas in the main courtyard as well. Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. kindly use your own account credentials for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest.
