This woodsy home is on a lot with another 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cottage (Casa Amarilla), which is also available for 30 day minimum stay. For multiple family/larger or corporate groups accommodations, both homes are available to rent for the same time period. The home is approximately 1,800 square feet, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 bathroom in master suite with tub), living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and a fenced private flagstone patio/deck area, with partial views of the Monterey Bay, and forced air heating. Duel pane windows/doors...well insulated and quiet. Wood flooring throughout. Vaulted ceilings, several skylights, recessed lighting, mirrored wardrobe doors, Wifi internet, basic cable. Private paved alley entrance, with room to park 2 vehicles...additional unrestricted street parking as well. The alley is nice for morning/evening walks with friends, family, and dogs. King size bed in the master suite, queen size bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (can be placed together as a queen size bed). There is a standard size portable crib/bedding, that can be easily rolled to any room. Traditional Monterey neighborhood...character, butterflies & Cypress trees. Get out and walk the 1st State Capital of California. Abundant Marine creatures. Something going on most every weekend. Car buffs galore.
