Welcome to your Bass Lake Cabin Getaway! Located just seconds from Bass Lake and nearby public boat launch. Private hot tub, game room and WiFi to enjoy true relaxation! Bass Lake is just 30 minutes from the South Entrance near "Mariposa Sequoias", and 90 minutes to the Yosemite Valley. Events Host your next wedding and event here. The space The property is inside of Sierra National Forest surrounded on 3 sides by forestry lands. This is a three bedroom and two and a half bathroom home (along with a pullout couch in the living room) in two separate cabins. The Main house has two bedrooms, a family room, a living room, a kitchen and two full baths. The In-Law unit has a bedroom, a game room and a half bath. The cabins are not connected. It offers plenty of room for large groups of people of all ages. Inside the home there is a well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, and 4 Smart TVs. Each room has a queen bed while the game room has a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top. Inside you will find a dedicated game room with Indoor golf, darts board, games, poker sets, and more. The speakeasy is located in the basement. Outside the home there are endless activities for every age including basketball (currently unavailable), corn hole and other lawn games, practice golf driving net, hammock, fire pit (propane only), hot tub and a propane BBQ grill. You will also have access to frisbees, beach toys, volleyball, etc. Large gazebo with misters let your family enjoy the great outdoors even on those hot or rainy days. Please note: The wood firepit is no longer available. Outdoor fires are no longer allowed per county rules. If you want to head to the beach along the lake just a short walk away. We even have Native American grinding holes on our property for those looking for a bit of history! Great cell signal and fast internet is available for those working-from-home. As for activities nearby, there are boat rentals and water sports on bass lake, amazing hikes nearby, and of course Yosemite right next door! Mini wedding or office outing can be arranged. Free parking for 3-4 vehicles max in the driveway. There is parking across the street for a boat or an RV. Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras of outside of the house. Heat: There are 3 propane fire places and one electrical fire place, in addition to central heating in the main cabin. No wood burning fireplace. 3 additional portable heaters are also provided. Please note fireplaces are deactivated during the summer months and will not be available for use. Thank you. Other things to note SPEAKEASY-LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT The outdoor basketball hoop is currently not available. Please Note: There are two portable heaters. If you are using them along with other electronics such as the fire place, that might trip the breaker if they are on the same circuit. You just need to plug the heater into an outlet in another wall so it is on a different breaker.
