Located on Grassy Key, this beautiful home is just 10 minutes from the City of Marathon. Far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle, but close enough to make a grocery/store run a “Keys breeze”. The space Out front you will be greeted by lush landscaping, surrounding a long & spacious driveway. With enough parking for all of your trucks, trailers & water toys. Around back you’ll find the brand new, 6 person, 96 jet hot tub! Leave it cool in the summer to refresh yourself from the Florida heat, or turn it on full blast in the winter to give your body a much needed heated massage. Take a stroll down lovers lane & you’ll be quietly greeted by the Keys Ocean breeze. Lay down in your hammock between two native trees, and let your mind drift off while staring into the vast array of greens and blues. You’ve made it; Peace. At. Last. Inside you will find a cool, clean & neatly decorated home. The living room offers extra sleeping space, with a queen pullout bed in the sofa near the entryway of the home. (The two chairs pictured have been replaced). There is also a separate sofa that can be used to relax, watch TV or play board games. Your choice! You will find the kitchen well equipped, including an oven/stove, sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. Also provided are pots, pans & kitchen utensils. The one & only bedroom is cute & cozy. Snuggle up in the central A/C after a long hot day in the Keys sun or stream your favorite shows from our complimentary Smart TV. You will also have access to the spotless full bathroom, equipped with sink, toilet, shower, & laundry room (not pictured) w/ washer & dryer. If you want to experience authentic, uninterrupted, “Keys Living” at it's best, this is your place! * Damage Waiver Fee is included in nightly rate * 30’ of shallow water dockage (2’ of draft at low tide) Flats boats ONLY. * Canoe pictured is not included * Kayaks are heavy, and dock height may make launching and retrieval difficult for some guests. Please plan accordingly. * Bring bug spray for the “noseeums” * Open Water Access * Security doorbell camera on front door and records both video and audio * Please note that a signed guest agreement is required prior to check-in. To facilitate this, we will need an email address to send the DocuSign document. * A 3.9% fee of entire booking amount applies to ALL CANCELATIONS. *Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bedroom and bed descriptions thoroughly. *Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. By booking with us, you agree to our rental terms, which include: *Guests must provide a valid email address at time of booking to ensure timely delivery of the guest agreement via Docusign. *For the safety of all guests and the property, a basic background check may be conducted on the guest. By booking, you consent to this screening. All information is handled confidentially and used only for verification purposes. *Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Sunday through Thursday, and 11 PM – 7 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. No parties or events. *Primary renter must be 25+ (30+ for select homes). *Smart home tech monitors decibel levels, occupancy, and basic utilities (no cameras in private areas). *Pets require pre-approval and a fee. No unauthorized animals allowed. *Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. *Bed Bugs: Property is inspected and confirmed clear before each stay. Any found are presumed guest-caused unless proven otherwise. Guests must vacate without refund and cover treatment costs. *Guests must follow checkout procedures and house rules to avoid fees. *Pool/spa heat is not included and may be added for an additional fee. Spa heat is not sold separately. *By booking, guests authorize charges for damages, violations, or unpaid balances and waive chargebacks. *Legal disputes are governed by Florida law and handled in Monroe County.
