Hello! we are 10 minutes to Three Oaks, Mi. This town is divine and very fun~ restaurants, galleries, Journeyman Distillery, Antiquing & Warren Dunes (epic hiking, dog-beaching-as private or social as you like). My artsy, sunny and cozy home welcomes you! We back up to 3 + acres of private woods, a fresh spring fed brook and seconds from some of the best biking roads in the midwest! My place is VERY private yet 10 minutes to 3 Oaks for an evening of fun, live music & shows @ The Acorn! . The space I have a super comfy Queen bed in the first floor bedroom w/ lots O pillows. This is the only bed in home. I have a loft space that is my personal area so off limits( I do NOT live here!) but you have the entire first floor and that's where all the fun starts! Two large skylights and wood floors enhance this space. My son says he always feels like he is in a tree house! A roomy, pretty, 'dream' kitchen w/ all amenities. Guest access You have access to the complete first floor & decks of home. You have the whole place to yourselves! But please no access up ladder in home to second level as this is my private storage. You can play w/ your pup on the my land, 2 acres ;-) BUT there no dog fences on property. There are pretty curvy paths on my property. Out front door look left between green bricks or out back deck between 2 spray painted logs are the paths, Perfect to take a beer on in afternoon. USE BUG SPRAY!! PLEASE! Stay on paths to protect wild growth & avoid poison ivy. ALSO my new neighbors have cameras in the trees & will tattle to me if you are on their property, I know, big sigh... No indoor fires allowed but a BIG fire pit in the backyard! Other things to note There is a neighbor that sells fresh apples and pick your own blueberries and many local farms that sells eggs & fresh seasonal veggies roadside Super delish! Cut fire wood is available everywhere to purchase (for fire pit only, although NO indoor wood stove fires in home. LOTS of fresh veggies at stands. Ask AI for an up to date list. *Michigan apples, peaches and blueberries patches are right down the road. ***My wifi is all there is available in this area, it's the country! !!You can check email but will not be able to Zoom or FaceTime off your computer while in home. Sorry, this part of Indiana cannot get good Internet :(
