If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! ★ ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $750 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions. Guest access Guests may access all areas of the home and backyard. Front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code. Other things to note Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.
