You will be a five-minute walk from the many restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms, and more in the "downtown" Georgetown neighborhood. It's also kid-friendly as you will see many families out and pushing strollers around. The neighborhood is located a few miles south of the downtown Seattle core. This is a completely private space - this is not shared. It is the bottom floor of a duplex with a completely separate entrance. You have your own parking space, and the property is a mini park-like setting.
