This cozy home is within walking distance of Forrest Park, downtown, and the Darcy bike/walking trails. The school across the street included two nice playgrounds that are open to the public when school is not in session. Three blocks from the house, you will find an old-style burger shop, called Druby's. The Vintage Victorian offers free parking with an accessible driveway connected to the house. The driveway has enough space to park a boat/watercraft.
