Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms On the first level is a bedroom with a bunk bed (queen below and twin up top) and a sleeper sofa. A full bathroom and laundry area is on the other part of the level. The second floor is up a flight of industrial-style metal steps, while overlooking the magnificent wood and mountain view. Here, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with king bed and one with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Outdoor Amenities Our guests love to enjoy their surroundings up close and personal in the bubbling hot tub. This area is a nirvana for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. We are a simple drive from the Catskills, the Ashokan Reservoir, Minnewaska State Park Preserve, and Mohonk Preserve. *Ticks/bugs/bees are a regular part of upstate NY.
