The space Whether you're hitting the slopes, enjoying summer mountain and lake adventures, golfing, or simply relaxing with loved ones, this 3-story home is thoughtfully designed and equipped for comfort, convenience, and fun year-round. 🏡 GROUND FLOOR ▪️Patio: Step off the driveway into a cozy outdoor seating area with a chiminea – perfect for cool evenings. ◾Family Room: Lounge on the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on a 65" Roku TV. ◾Mudroom: Practical and spacious, with a ski rack and storage for all your gear. ◾Bedroom 4: Two sets of twin bunk beds – ideal for kids or group stays. ◾Half Bath ◾Laundry: Washer and dryer, ironing board, Tide pods provided. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Lauren and Mike have a wonderful place, so clean and everything you need. It worked well for the whole family 6 adults and 2 little ones under 2. Really nothing we needed that wasn't already there! 🔥 FIRST FLOOR ◾Living Room: Warm up by the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and relax on comfy couches with a second 65" Roku TV. ◾Kitchen: Fully stocked with essentials and extras, including: 🔹New stainless steel appliances 🔹Countertop ice machine 🔹Blender, toaster, air fryer 🔹Keurig: pod and drip (K-cups included) 🔹Counter seating for 2 🔹Highchair ◾Dining Room: Large table with seating for 8, opens to the deck via sliding glass doors. ◾Backyard: A paradise for all ages with: 🔹Propane + charcoal grills 🔹Firepit area (wood provided) 🔹Picnic tables 🔹Children’s playhouse 🔹Outdoor games ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ we loved the spot, location and the home, two families with 4 kids, felt like lots of room and privacy. friendly hosts, great communication. we'd come back! 🛏️ SECOND FLOOR ◾Bedroom 1: King bed + private en-suite with tub/shower combo. ◾Bedroom 2: Queen bed with shared balcony. ◾Bedroom 3: Queen bed with shared balcony. ◾Full Bathroom: Shared, with tub/shower combo. All bedrooms feature 43" Roku Smart TVs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Lauren and Mike were great hosts! We loved the house and it is in a great location. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the basement and having their own space. Lauren and Mike provided great recommendations for fall activities to do during our stay. Jim Thorpe is always fun to visit this time of year and only a 25 minute drive. We also enjoyed the outside grill and fire pit! This house is great for families :). Thank you again! Guest access 🚪 Home access through smart locks/keyless entry. A unique code will be sent the day before arrival allowing for seamless entry into the home. 🚘 There is plenty of parking for up to 7 cars in the driveway. Other things to note ⛰️ Location Our home is nestled in a wooded area close to the lake. You may encounter local wildlife such as deer, small animals, and occasionally a bear. Being in nature also means insects may be present. While we have professional cleaners and pest control services that regularly treat the property, you might still come across an insect or two, especially during the warmer spring months. ☃️ Winter Weather The Poconos is a popular ski destination and experiences significant snowfall during the winter. We recommend using an all-wheel-drive vehicle for ease and safety. For snowfalls over 2 inches, plow service is provided, though the timing depends on our contractor’s schedule and availability. Shovels and salt are also provided for your convenience.
