The living/dining area includes the open kitchen with kitchenette (equipped with Senseo switch coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, etc.). The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as a high chair. From the living room, equipped with a smart TV, you can reach the large terrace. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge. Upstairs are two more rooms, each with two single beds. Please bring duvet covers, sheets, towels and dish towels. According to the statutes, which came into force on 04/01/2025, the city of Bad Arolsen charges a spa fee of €2 for adults and €1 for children between 10 and 15 years of age per night all year round. This is not included in the travel price. About 100 m from the house, opposite the mini golf course, there is an EWF charging station type 2- 22 kW, for electric cars. We expressly point out that the vacation home is a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed only outside the house. There is an extra ashtray on the terrace.
