The space The Perfect Spot for You and Yours! Great for couples or small families! Upstairs 400 sq. ft. master with King bed, two futons, & 50" Dish TV. Downstairs Twin bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom with old-fashioned tub, rainfall shower and laundry. Guest access Private 6 acres with pond (no lifeguard); access into Brush Creek Forest. Lock box on front porch--code provided approximately three days prior to arrival. Early Check-In: Many people request early check-in. We'll accommodate early check-in whenever we can. The non-refundable Early Check-In fee is $25.00 per hour. Just send a message through AirBnB, and if we're able to accommodate, we'll add the Early Check-In fee to your reservation. Other things to note Pond on property (no lifeguard!). We provide everything you need except your food & drink, to include all linens, paper towels, tp, foil, coffee, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, trash bags, as well as charcoal and propane for the grills. Enjoy the outdoor firepit. We provide free firewood.
