All properties in the area are over one acre allowing for privacy and quiet. This neighborhood is surrounded by state land allowing for very little traffic and wonderful scenic views. Note that the house is two miles down a dirt road. There is a gas station and convenience store 2.5 miles away and downtown Williams is only a 15 minute drive for anything you might need during your stay. We have full utilities and our home has all the comforts of a normal house (power, running water, full appliances, heater, and A/C). The house is on a water well with a pump; thus, we ask you to conserve water and please be aware that the water pressure is lower than a standard home that is hooked up to city water. As well, we have a maintenance and cleaning team that is local and does their absolute best to keep our property in the best possible condition. However, being a rural property down a dirt road you can expect the roads to be a little rough (any type of car can drive it, no 4x4 necessary except possibly in winter) and dusty, there are no street lights and there are laws against outdoor lighting so the neighborhood is dark at night. Also, being rural you can expect bugs outside and the occasional bug or two that gets in the house (though we do our very best to catch them and keep them out). Finally, with dirt streets and a gravel driveway there will be some dust, and sometimes no matter how much we clean there will be a little dust here and there inside the home. While we strive to give our guests a 5-star experience we ask guests to understand the rural nature of our property and plan to experience some of the things that can come with rural living.
