Abundant parking in circle driveway. Please don't park on the street. Please note that the house is 2 miles off of highway 64 down a dirt road. Depending on how often the road is being maintained, and how much rain/snow we have had, the road can be bumpy in some areas. In the winter please check the weather. If it snows you may need 4x4/AWD or tire chains. Other things to note If you have any concerns during your stay please let me know right away. We will send our cleaning team or maintenance team to remedy any issue you may have. Please do not wait to voice your concerns after your stay; please give me an opportunity to take care of any concerns during your stay. I promise I will do anything I can to make your stay may comfortable! **It is important to note that this is a rural property, 2 miles down a dirt road. We have full utilities and our home has all the comforts of a normal house (power, running water, full appliances, heater, and A/C). The house is on a water well with a pump; thus, we ask you to conserve water and please be aware that the water pressure is lower than a standard home that is hooked up to city water. As well, we have a maintenance and cleaning team that is local and does their absolute best to keep our property in the best possible condition. However, being a rural property down a dirt road you can expect the roads to be a little rough (any type of car can drive it, no 4x4 necessary except possibly in winter) and dusty, there are no street lights and there are laws against outdoor lighting so the neighborhood is dark at night. Also, being rural you can expect bugs outside and the occasional bug or two that gets in the house (though we do our very best to catch them and keep them out). Finally, with dirt streets and a gravel driveway there will be some dust, and sometimes no matter how much we clean there will be a little dust here and there inside the home. While we strive to give our guests a 5-star experience we ask guests to understand the rural nature of our property and plan to experience some of the things that can come with rural living. Cleaning Fee: Though the fee seems a bit high, it doesn't even cover the cost for cleaning the home and spa for each guest. Road: Note that the house is 2 miles off of highway 64 down a dirt road. Depending on how often the road is being maintained and how much rain/snow we have had the road can be bumpy in some areas. Check the weather if you are traveling in the winter months and be prepared in case 4x4 or tire chains are needed.
