In the heart of Old Bordeaux, two steps away from Sainte Catherine street, shops and restaurants, the Mansardé offers you all the comfort mixing old charm and contemporary style for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. Fully renovated and equipped, it can accommodate 2 travelers very comfortably. The space Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays ( 30 nights minimum) The accommodation: Le Mansardé is a little cocoon in the heart of Bordeaux. A 60 m2 apartment on the 3rd floor, you'll be right in the heart of Bordeaux in the Saint Pierre district. Very well equipped, it offers you the following amenities: - An attractive living room with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. - A large dining table with stools. - An open-plan kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. - Two bedrooms with double beds (140) under the roof and a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower. - Separate toilet For your convenience, you'll also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. - Quality sheets, towels, tea towels and a few coffee capsules are provided, and your bed is made up on arrival. - Of course, Wifi is available and free! - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms. The square was opened in 1934 in the dense urban fabric of the city center. It was decided not to subdivide and rebuild the space left vacant by the destroyed slum. A parking lot was dug under the square in 1989. The construction site was the occasion of archaeological excavations allowing to understand the history of the urbanism of the district. It was renovated in 2000 as part of the World Heritage program, which the city obtained in 2007. Terraces of cafes and restaurants occupy a certain area of the square. The Utopia cinema, a former Saint-Siméon church converted into a garage and then into a theater, is located on the square. Public transportation: A few meters from the apartment streetcar C (stop "Place de la Bourse") takes you directly to the train station in 15 minutes streetcar B (stop "Opéra") streetcar A (stop "Place du Palais") Car : A parking lot is located under the Place Camille Julian.
