Perfectly located in Happy Valley, you are in the centre of the Adventure Zone for after-ski activities like tubing, ice climbing, horse sleigh rides, skating and snowmobiling. Soak into the brand new, private hot tub after a day on the slopes and cook up gourmet dinners in the large, open kitchen offering quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. There is room for everyone for those big family breakfasts at the large dining table. The massive Master bedroom offers a Kings size bed and ensuite with heated floors and enclosed steam shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third room offers two double-over-double bunk beds and a good amount of floor space to hang out. The unit also has its own enclosed vestibule outside the front door for your personal use. There is also a custom powered boot dryer in the entryway to make sure your gear is ready for next day! Happy Valley is the preferred location for families and pet lovers alike. Kids love the Tube park and skating rink, riding the Gondola, as well as the family-friendly Après in the Moose Lounge; while the snowshoe, cross country and fat bike trails offer endless terrain for your furry friend. There is exclusive parking with this townhome: the only unit at Spyglass with a private, enclosed garage for 2 vehicles. Depth for each parking space is 18.5' and clearance is 93". The private garage offers secure storage for your expensive bikes and ski equipment. Other things to note Primary renter must be 29+ years old. If not family, all guests must be 29+ years old. 1 dog allowed up to 15" at the shoulder with prior approval and $100 pet fee. Please message for approval before booking. There is a 5 day minimum over holiday periods even if the booking site is allowing you to book for a shorter term. No smoking anywhere, including exterior decks and landing. No drugs or vaping.
