The triplex condo is in a wooded area near UCO, Integris, Mercy and OU Health with close access to I-35. The neighborhood is safe and secluded with large mature trees and a creek. It is adjacent to Kickingbird golf & pickle ball courts, Hafer Park is less than a mile and Arcadia Lake is only a 15 minute drive. The addition's pool is open during the summer months. The space MAXIMUM GUESTS Six (6) guests is the maximum number allowed at the condo. NEIGHBORHOOD/OUTDOOR SPACE The triplex is in a heavily wooded addition and there is a creek directly across the street in front. There is no front or back yard. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and is open throughout the summer. RENTAL TERM If you are needing a stay for longer than 28 days please make an inquiry prior to booking to discuss your needs and potential additional rate discounts. WIFI PROVIDED DOG FRIENDLY * One (1) potty trained dog, 50lbs or less, is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required. Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing a furry friend. No dog on furniture. Please crate if leaving unattended. There is no yard . You will need to leash your dog and take them to the green belt in front of the house to potty. Cats are NOT allowed.
