The Coman's beach house is a newly restored 1966 mid century modern costal style home. It sits 30' back from a no bank bulked with steps down to beach access. The two main bedrooms on the top floor face the water sunrise is amazing and there are blackout curtains if you don't want the light to wake you up. There are two decks one upper level off of the bedrooms and one lower off of the kitchen living area. The kids room has a bunk bed and a tent. (note)The lower bathroom has yet to be restored.
