Our apartment "Nistkasten" on the large Schwalbenhof in the Spreewald is 160 m² and has four bedrooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms. It is either fully rented or can be divided into 3 separate rooms with shared lounge/kitchen use if required. The rooms are excellent to, for example, get off the saddle with us for a short time after an extended bike ride, in order to be able to continue the bike ride stronger after the stay. You access the apartment on the ground floor in an anteroom. There is a dining table with garden chairs and a Hollywood swing. The stairs leads to the upper floor with all other rooms. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, 2 hotplates, a sink, a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table with a corner bench and chairs. From the kitchen you go to the first bedroom (crane nest) with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. From the kitchen you go to the hallway to the other three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. In a bedroom (Adlerhorst), there is also a crib for babies or toddlers (0-4 years). The second and third bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, the toilet and a sink. In front of the house is your terrace with garden furniture and Hollywood swing. In the garden there is a pavilion with a table and chairs, which can also be used by guests of the other two apartments. There are sun loungers available and on the farm there are playgrounds and toys for smaller children. You can park your cars on the property. Bicycles brought along may be enclosed. Whether mechanics, workers, families, or vacationers of any kind, our "nest box" is available as a cheap accommodation with rural flair.
