This 3-story home is a short walk/bike ride to Kelly Beach as well as restaurants and shopping, and is just minutes from four large state beaches. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional sleeping options, a well-equiped kitchen, and an outdoor shower. Its open floorplan allows for lots of light and comfortable family time. The kitchen opens onto a deck and patio with seating and a bbq grill. There is a free beach shuttle 800 feet down the road, on weekends. The space Our summer beach house is a comfortable place to stay while enjoying the local beaches, as well as Newport and beautiful Rhode Island. There are about 4 steps to enter the house, and an additional 7 to get to the main living area of the house. There are two large bedrooms on the 3rd floor - each with it's own full bathroom. The rooms are so large, that if you have additional family members, a queen size air mattress can easily fit alongside the beds. On the main living level, there is an additional bedroom and bathroom (with laundry) alongside the kitchen/dining/living area. On the ground floor level there is also a bedroom with its own sitting area. This bedroom is accessible through the garage without using any stairs. The main living area is open concept - the kitchen and eating area open onto the living room as well as the deck, so everyone can be together for family time. We have left some of our games and puzzles for rainy days, and the TV is "Smart" for your streaming services. There is full speed internet, of course! Kelly Beach is just about a mile away, and Narragansett Pier is 8 minutes by car. Newport is 20 minutes away. We love traveling with our frisky pup! Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet, and be aware that there is a $100 pet fee. Please be sure to click on the Pet option when you reserve.
