It is the perfect spot for business travelers, friend reunions, or families alike. The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 ½ bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. The Townhouse is walking distance to Upscale shopping, restaurants and grocery stores (WalMart and HEB). It is also 10 minutes from Downtown McAllen, Civic Center, Performing Arts, Airport and Hospitals. one hour drive to South Padre Island. The home features beautiful furnishings, high end appliances and a cozy outdoor patio, a perfect place to enjoy a cool cocktail in the evening with friends. The amazing open dining/living floor plan is perfect for entertaining, co-working, or just having fun! You are going to love this place!!! MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN/DINING - Fully equipped and updated kitchen with dining table for 6 and 3 bar stool for the kitchen island. - Half bath - Work station LIVING ROOM - Sectional sofa with plenty of additional seating - 80 inch TV GARAGE - Two car garage parking UPPER LEVEL - Master Bedroom has King bed, pull out sofa sleeper, en-suite full bathroom and a 65 inch TV - 1st guest bedroom has Queen Bed and attached shared full guest bathroom and a 55 inch TV - 2nd guest bedroom has a Full size bunk bed with pullout trundle and a 55 inch TV - Shared Full Guest Bath - Washer/Dryer Closet Guest access You’ll have access to the whole home, except for supply closet in half bath and supply closet upstairs. Other things to note Things to Know Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines. - A 2-night minimum stay is required. - The maximum occupancy is 10 adults. - Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests. - The property will be stocked with preliminary supplies and will not be stocked again until after check out. - No pets allowed. - No parties - To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti décor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. - Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine. - The Main entrance door auto-Locks after 1 minute. So if a guest forgets to lock the door, the house will protect all guests automatically by locking itself. - There are outside cameras monitoring the front entrance & back driveway for the security of all guests. There are NO cameras inside the property.
