The space Holly Hayes House is an immaculate, completely refurbished 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom self-catering holiday home, spectacularly placed in the beautiful seaside village of Instow on the North Devon coast. The house offers comfortable and stylish holiday accommodation for up to 8 people and provides the perfect ambience for a relaxed seaside holiday with all the comforts of home. The local village amenities, pubs, restaurants, and the sheltered sandy beach is just a short walk from the front door. Guest access Holly Hayes House is located up a quiet side road yet just 100 metres from the beach. There is on-site off-street parking for one car which is a rare luxury in such a central position in Instow. We have three restaurants only a 1 minute walk away and a ten minute walk to the local John's Deli / Cafe. If you are holidaying with a second car there is parking on the road which is restricted to two hours during the high season or there are two carparks in Instow (about 5/ 10 minute walk) which allow you to buy daily parking tickets. Other things to note Please note that we have neighbours on both sides of the house. Please keep noise to a minimum when in the garden after hours. The parking available is only for 1 car. The space is tight but it fits our Volvo XC90 (4x4).
